— Join final client calls, present strategy, gather feedback, and ensure alignment

— Coordinate internal teams (influencer managers, copywriters, designers)

— Ensure campaigns launch on time with clear KPIs and reporting

— Monitor performance, optimize processes, and deliver insights

🎯 What We’re Looking For:

• 1.5+ years recent experience in Web3 influencer marketing
• Deep understanding of blockchain, crypto, Web3 communities and creators
• Native/Fluent English (C1–C2): able to lead calls and communicate strategy clearly
• Proven track record in performance-driven campaign execution
• Strong cross-functional coordination and communication skills
• Experience working with performance KPIs like ROI, CAC, CTR, CPM
